Detailed, durable parts with SLS

SLS is a common 3D printing method that uses a laser to melt and fuse the desired material powder into a solid object. This technology is a frequently used method for the creation of complex and durable prototyping and production parts.

The technology functions with a material bin, build platform, laser and heaters. After filling the material bin with the material powder, the printer heats up and preps the material. The build platform is coated with the material. The laser hits the material in specific locations based on the digital design file. After each layer is finished, the platform is recoated with material and the process repeats. Once finished, we powder off your parts and complete post-processing.
