Complex, accurate parts with MJF

MJF is a 3D printing technology invented by HP and is easily growing to be one of the most popular 3D printing methods. The technology builds upon HP’s expertise and advancements to create an efficient 3D printer. MJF creates detailed, complex parts by printing material layer by layer.

Similar to other 3D printing methods, MJF works using a layer by layer building technology.  The desired material is deposited on the build platform and an inkjet head adds a fusing and detailing agent across the material. The material that was affected by the inkjet head melts together to create a solid part, while the remaining material powder can be recycled for the next print. Once the print is complete, the printed part is moved to post-processing.

MJF is an ideal option for a wide variety of industries and applications. If you’re creating complex plastic parts and want aesthetic finishing options, MJF won’t disappoint.
